ON FORM 6-K
Attached is the
English translation of the summary of the letter dated July 30,
2020, filed by the Company with the Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos and the
Comisión Nacional de
Valores.
By letter dated July 30, 2020, The Company communicates that it has sold
to a non-related party the entire “Bouchard 710” tower,
located in Plaza Roma District of Buenos Aires City. The building
has 15,014 sqm of gross leasable area on 12 office floors and 116
parking spaces.
The
transaction price was set at approximately USD 87.2 million
(USD/sqm 5,800), which has already been paid.
The
accounting result of this operation will be recognized in the
Company's Financial Statements for the first quarter of FY
2021.
Bouchard
710 is an A+ office building with LEED Gold certification, located
in one of the most premium corporate areas of the City of Buenos
Aires.
