On July 29, 2020, Maxar Technologies Inc. (“Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company's declaration of a cash dividend of $0.01 per share of outstanding common stock payable on September 30, 2020, to the stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2020.
