Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 26, 2020, Lizhong Zhang resigned from his position as a director of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) at Urban Tea, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Zhang’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
