On July 23, 2020, Matthews International Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable August 17, 2020 to stockholders of record on August 3, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
