Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 12, 2020, Dr. Frank Haluska tendered his written resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Dr. Haluska referenced the matters articulated in his letter of July 2, 2020, and the Company’s response and actions following receipt of this letter as the basis for his resignation from the Board.
