Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
As previously announced by NASCAR, our event weekend scheduled for May 1 to May 3, 2020 in Dover was postponed due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. On July 8, 2020, NASCAR announced that these postponed events would be run from August 21 to August 23, 2020, in addition to our NASCAR events already scheduled for that weekend.
We will remain in consultation with local, state and federal health officials, as well as Delaware Governor John Carney, regarding whether fans will be allowed to attend the events. While no decisions have been made to date, fan attendance will, at a minimum, be limited in order to adhere to appropriate social distancing guidelines.
