On June 23, 2020, Ideanomics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Staff of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Ideanomics Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Listing Requirement
New York, NY June 23, 2020/PRNewswire/ -- Ideanomics (NASDAQ: IDEX) ("Ideanomics" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that that it has received a letter from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Staff notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with NASDAQ’s minimum bid price requirements for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The letter noted that as a result of the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock having been at $1.00 per share or greater for at least ten consecutive business days, from June 9, 2020 to June 23, 2020, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the matter is now closed.
