Other Events.

On June 16, 2020, Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company’s common stock for the second quarter of 2020.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Anworth Declares a $0.05 Per Share Second Quarter Common Stock Dividend

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 2020--Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (NYSE: ANH) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.05 per share for the second quarter of 2020. The common stock dividend is payable on July 29, 2020 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2020.
