On June 15, 2020, National Health Investors, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will pay its second quarter dividend of $1.1025 per common share on August 7, 2020 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.-- (June 15, 2020) -- National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI) announced today that it will pay its second quarter dividend of .1025 per common share on August 7, 2020 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2020.
