INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS REPORT ON FORM 6-K

G. Willi-Food International Ltd. (NASDAQ: WILC) (the "Company") announced an update with respect to its previously announced decision to register the Company’s ordinary shares, NIS 0.10 par value per share (the “Ordinary Shares”) for dual listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. (the “TASE”).

The Company has met the requirements for dual listing and its Ordinary Shares will begin trading on the TASE on June 15, 2020.

As previously announced, the Company’s Ordinary Shares will continue to be traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “WILC”.
