Item 8.01 Other Events

On June 8, 2020, the Company announced the redemption of $150 million of its 5.75% Senior Notes due 2023 (the “Notes”).  The Notes will be redeemed July 9, 2020, at 100.958% and the company will recognize debt extinguishment costs of $2.0 million during the quarter ended September 26, 2020. The redemption is expected to be funded by internally generated funds.
