On June 3, 2020, Fluent, Inc. (the "Company") held its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). At the Annual Meeting, the total number of shares represented in person or by proxy was 65,932,346 of the 76,230,968 shares of the Company's common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting as of the April 24, 2020 record date.
