Item 5.07

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

Harpoon Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) virtually held its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on May 28, 2020. At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on two proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2020. The following is a brief description of each matter voted upon at the Annual Meeting, as well as the final tally of the number of votes cast for, withheld or against each matter, and, if applicable, the number of abstentions and broker non-votes with respect to each matter.

Proposal No. 1. Election of Directors.

The Company’s stockholders elected the Class I director nominees below to the Company’s Board of Directors, each to hold office until the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his successor has been duly elected and qualified, or until his earlier death, resignation or removal.
