Shareholder Meeting Notice Bank First Corporation's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Monday, June 8, 2020 at Holy Family College - Franciscan Center for Music Education and Performance (2406 S. Alverno Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220) at 4:00 pm CDT. We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are sensitive to the public health and travel concerns our shareholders may have and the protocols and restrictions imposed by the federal government and state of Wisconsin. In the event that it is not possible or advisable to hold our Annual Meeting in person, we will announce alternative arrangements for the meeting as promptly as practicable, which may include holding the meeting solely by means of remote communication.
