BANCO SANTANDER MÉXICO ANNOUNCES THE PRICING OF

U.S.$1.75 BILLION OF 5.375% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2025

 

Mexico City, Mexico on April 14, 2020 – Banco Santander México, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero Santander México (BMV: BSMX; NYSE: BSMX) (“Banco Santander México” or the “Bank”), one of Mexico’s leading banking institutions, announced today the pricing of U.S.$1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.375% senior notes due 2025 (the “Notes”).

 

The Notes were offered in the United States of America through a private placement to qualified institutional buyers, in accordance with Rule 144A under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), and outside the United States of America, in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act.
