Item 8.01    Other Events.

On March 27, 2020, Medley Capital Corporation (the “Company”) caused notices to be issued to the holders of its Series A Notes that are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the “Israeli Notes”) regarding the Company’s exercise of its option to redeem all of the issued and outstanding Israeli Notes. The Company will redeem all $22,501,244.68 in aggregate principal amount of the Israeli Notes on April 14, 2020 (the “Redemption Date”), ahead of the September 30, 2020 final payment date. The Israeli Notes will be redeemed at 100% of their principal amount, plus the accrued interest thereon, through the Redemption Date. A copy of the notice of redemption is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
