Greenwich, Connecticut, March 16, 2020 -- Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE: UBA and UBP), a real estate investment trust, today announced that given recent actions necessitated by public health and safety concerns over COVID-19, including closures of public spaces, offices and other facilities, the Company is taking additional steps to implement social distancing and safety measures while ensuring the integrity of its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Six Landmark Square, Stamford, CT 06901.
