Explanation of Responses:
1. In 2019 Mr. Farahi was granted 33,333 stock options, as follow: (i) 13,334 stock options at $43.30 exercise price, which vest on February 1, 2022; (ii) 1,666 stock options at $44.31 exercise price, which vest on March 1, 2022; (iii) 6,666 stock options at $45.69 exercise price, which vest on August 1, 2022 and (v) 11,667 stock options at $44.38 exercise price, which vest on September 1, 2022. All stock options expire 10 years from the grant date, or approximately 7 years from the vesting date.
2. In 2018 Mr. Farahi was granted 83,333 stock options, as follow: (i) 13,333 stock options at $45.55 exercise price, which vest on February 1, 2021; (ii) 1,667 stock options at $42.46 exercise price, which vest on March 1, 2021; (iii) 50,000 stock options at $42.74 exercise price, of which 16,666 vest on May 3, 2021, 16,667 vest on May 3, 2022 and 16,667 vest on May 3, 2023; (iv) 6,667 stock options at $47.81 exercise price, which vest on August 1, 2021 and (v) 11,666 stock options at $47.05 exercise price, which vest on September 1, 2021. All stock options expire 10 years from the grant date, or approximately 7 years from the vesting date.
3. In 2017 Mr. Farahi was granted 33,332 stock options, as follow: (i) 13,333 stock options at $23.54 exercise price, which vest on February 1, 2020; (ii) 1,666 stock options at $26.93 exercise price, which vest on March 1, 2020; (iii) 6,667 stock options at $33.34 exercise price, which vest on August 1, 2020 and (iv) 11,666 stock options at $35.10 exercise price, which vest on September 1, 2018. All stock options expire 10 years from the grant date, or approximately 7 years from the vesting date.
4. In 2016 Mr. Farahi was granted 19,999 stock options, as follow: (i) 1,666 stock options at $20.49 exercise price, which vested on March 1, 2019; (ii) 6,666 stock options at $23.52 exercise price, which vested on August 1, 2019 and (iii) 11,667 stock options at $23.63.All stock options expire 10 years from the grant date, or approximately 7 years from the vesting date.
5. In 2015 Mr. Farahi was granted 20,001 stock options, as follow: (i) 1,666 stock options at $17.08 exercise price, which vested on February 10, 2018; (ii) 6,667 stock options at $20.69 exercise price, which vested on July 12, 2018; (iii) 1,667 stock options at $18.44 exercise price, which vested on August 13, 2018 and (iv) 10,000 stock options at $17.60 exercise price, which vested on August 21, 2018. All stock options expire 10 years from the grant date, or approximately 7 years from the vesting date.
6. In 2014 Mr. Farahi was granted 50,000 stock options, as follows: (i) 40,000 stock options at $19.00, of which 13,333 vested on January 17, 2017, 13,333 vested on January 17, 2018 and 13,334 vested on January 17, 2019; (ii) 1,666 stock options at $18.41 exercise price, which vested on February 10, 2017; (iii) 6,667 stock options at $14.95 exercise price, which vested on July 12, 2017 and (iv) 1,667 stock options at $12.40 exercise price, which vested on August 13, 2017. All stock options expire 10 years from the grant date, or approximately 7 years from the vesting date.
7. In 2013 Mr. Farahi was granted 9,999 stock options, as follow: (i) 1,666 stock options at $10.33 exercise price, which vested on February 10, 2016; (ii) 6,666 stock options at $17.79 exercise price, which vested on July 12, 2016 and (iii) 1,667 stock options at $20.00 exercise price, which vested on August 13, 2016. All stock options expire 10 years from the grant date, or approximately 7 years from the vesting date.
8. In 2012 Mr. Farahi was granted 31,667 stock options, as follow: (i) 30,000 stock options at $7.55 exercise price , of which 10,000 vested on August 21, 2015, 10,000 vested on August 21, 2016 and 10,000 vested on August 21, 2017 and (ii) 1,667 stock options at $7.42 exercise price, which vested on August 13, 2015. All stock options expire 10 years from the grant date, or approximately 7 years from the vesting date.
