Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 26, 2020, Enbridge Inc. (the “Company”) and Colin K. Gruending entered into an employment agreement, effective as of June 3, 2019, memorializing the terms of Mr. Gruending’s employment as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (the “Employment Agreement”). The Employment Agreement is in substantially the form of the Form of Executive Employment Agreement (2017) previously filed as Exhibit 10.4 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed February 16, 2018.
