TAL Education Group (the “Company”) has entered into a contract on December 13, 2019 for the development of office space on a parcel in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, covering approximately 222,730 square meters of construction area, for approximately RMB1,424 million. The Company intends to fund the foregoing constructions through cash on hand and/or bank financing.
