Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

On December 13, 2019, IEC Electronics Corp. (the “Company”), acting pursuant to authorization from its Board of Directors, notified the NYSE American, LLC (the “NYSE American”) of its decision to voluntarily withdraw the listing of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”) from the NYSE American and to transfer the listing to The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”). The Company expects that listing and trading of the Common Stock on the NYSE American will end at market close on December 31, 2019, and that trading will begin on the Nasdaq Global Market at market open on January 2, 2020, under the symbol “IEC”.

IEC ELECTRONICS TO BEGIN TRADING ON NASDAQ STOCK EXCHANGE


Newark, New York, December 13, 2019 - IEC Electronics Corp. (NYSE American: IEC) today announced that it has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “IEC”. Trading on the Nasdaq Global Market is expected to commence on Thursday, January 2, 2020. The Company’s shares of common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE American until the close of the market on Tuesday, December 31, 2019.

Jeffrey T. Schlarbaum, President and CEO of IEC Electronics commented, “We are excited to join Nasdaq. Given our strong growth in revenue and profitability, we believe this move will further enhance our visibility in the marketplace, expose our Company to a larger audience of institutional investors and ultimately increase liquidity and shareholder value.”
