Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers, Election of Directors, Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

CPS Technologies announced today that as one element of restructuring its sales and marketing organization the position of Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing is being eliminated. As a result, effective today, Thomas Breen is no longer an executive officer of the Company, but will serve in a consulting capacity during the restructuring period.
