EXPLANATORY NOTE:

 

1.	RESIGNATION OF OFFICER

Birks Group Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Ms. Aurélie Pepion, who resigned from her position as Vice President, Omni-Channel Sales, Operations & Marketing for personal reasons, effective September 6, 2019. The Company has begun a search for a successor omni-channel sales, operations and marketing officer.
