On July 1, 2019, Yilei Shao resigned as a director of Planet Green Holdings Corp. (the “Company”). Ms. Shao’s resignation was for personal reasons and was not due to any disagreement with the Company.

On July 1, 2019, the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) appointed King Fai Leung to serve as a member of the Board and a member of each of the three independent committees of the Board (i.e., the audit committee, compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee) and as chairman of the audit committee of the Board, effective immediately.
